Knitting          The constant sharing of expertise and technical know-how amongst international fashion houses & our R&D department, helps us keep updated about the latest in the knitting industry. Computerized monitoring combined with state-of-art knitting process ensures the highest quality order as well as improvement in liquidity to cope with the fabric needs.   To generate the required design and knit-constructions, our machines are programmed with CAD & CAM fabric designing system. Be it Cotton, Woolen, Viscose, Polyester, Blends, Lycra or Lurex in knits like Single-jersey, Double-jersey, Terry / Transfer / Interlock / Sinker Jacquard, Pique, Fleece, Polar, Antipiling, Ribs, Eyelet Ribs, Auto Stripes, Sherpa, Terry, Velour, Interlock, Crochet, Net etc. we work on all.   Garments Unit   Our Garments unit is equipped with most modern machines imported from Juki & Pegasus of Japan used by efficient and trained labor. We can products any quantity ordered by the customers. We have ambitious plans to enhance garment production capacity and carve a niche in not so distant future. Cool & trendy range of designer garments for men, women & kids are created by team of highly professional fashion designers. Strict supervision at different stages of production ensures best quality of the end product.   Warehousing     We hold sufficient storing space to keep our products separately under proper labeling. This guarantees smooth inventory management and easy delivery and dispatch of the products as well. In addition to the warehousing, we also lay sufficient emphasis on the packaging of the products to make sure that these reach safely at the desired destination. The quality packaging of the products individually as well as in bulk also negates the risk of wear and tear during the transit. The individual packing in done in rolls and the bulk is packed in bale packing and each bale is wrapped with polythene sheet or PP Woven Cloth. However the packing can be customized as per the requirements of our buyers.   Staff     We have skilled quality control persons who are very well trained to perform their duties and we have a production team, which is headed by the Production Manager having an exclusive sweater and knitted garment production experience of 20 years. Our Merchandisers are also very experienced and professional and know their job very well. We have a full fledge finishing setup, which meets the International Standards. Our company does not have any worker below the age of 18 years and we strictly abide by these norms.   Research & Development   Research & Development Section of is equipped with latest technologically advanced testing equipments operated by well trained staff. This helps us to monitor the quality of different lots at each and every stage, right from the unopened fibers to the finished yarn. Constant quality consciousness has motivated us to procure WORLD CLASS machines.  Rehman's Knitwear has a policy of continuous modernization and up gradation of all its machinery at regular time intervals. Also, wherever technologically necessary, older machines are replaced with latest available machines. We plan to progress according to the trends of the international fashion industry. New styles and designs are inculcated in our clothes according to the requirements of the customers.
